A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure any appointment, and we deduct that amount from your total service cost on the day of your visit. You may transfer your deposit one time only with proper notice.
Failing to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours requires you to pay a new deposit before booking again. Most PMU and Paramedical Tattoo services also include a perfection touch-up to finalize color, shape, and retention. This follow-up session carries an additional fee, though we offer a discounted rate when completed within 4–10 weeks of the initial appointment.
This touch-up plays a vital role in achieving long-lasting results, and the industry considers it standard practice. We ask all clients to plan accordingly so we can ensure the best possible outcome.

Plasma Fibroblast
Before receiving any Peri-Medical Tattoo service, a consultation is required. This step confirms suitability, safety, and clear expectations before treatment.
Any touch-up requested three years or more after your original service counts as a new service and is charged at full price.
We may accept touch-ups on work performed by other technicians; however, first-time clients may still pay full price depending on the condition of the previous work.
Permanent makeup requires proper training, licensing, and experience. Although many “training academies” advertise 2–3 day courses, we encourage you to research your artist thoroughly. Review their portfolio, experience, and verified client feedback to ensure your safety and results.

For safety and sanitation purposes, no additional guests are permitted during appointments.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. We also send reminder emails and text messages 48 hours before your appointment to give you sufficient time to make any necessary changes.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. In certain cases, and solely at our discretion, we may waive the cancellation fee. Proof of illness may be requested.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying the next appointment. A 50% late-arrival fee may apply depending on the service reserved.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before your appointment automatically forfeit the deposit, regardless of the reason.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours may also incur an additional fee of up to $100 at the provider’s discretion, charged to the card on file.
If you do not attend your appointment (no-show), you forfeit your deposit and may incur an additional fee of up to $100 at the provider’s discretion.
