Cancelation/ Change Policy
A 24 hour cancelation or request to change appointment time is required for all services. If a client failes to cancel/change their appointment 24 hours prior to the intended service time they will be charged $75 that may be applied towards the cost of a future appointment.
No show policy: If a client fails to cancel/change an appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment (regardless of the reason) and fails to contact the business owner via email, call or text there will be a charge to the appointment holder (client) of %50 the original service fee that may be applied towards their next appointments service.
Now show for the first touch up appointments. If it is the first touch up appointment that is included in the initial service charge there is a fee of 50% the typical touch up fee of $175. This fee is non refundable nor can it be applied towards future touch ups.
Appointments that are not canceled or changed within 24 hours are difficult to fill and will result in a service charge to the original appointment holder. A credit card is required at the time of booking to insure that this policy remains in effect and will be charged a fee (depending on the original intended service and time of cancelation/change) if the appointment is not canceled or changed within 24 hours prior to the original appointment time.
Groupon or Living social clients must give the voucher number at time of booking. If the booked appointment is not canceled or changed within the 24 hours prior to the eyebrow service, the voucher will be redeemed in Payment for missed appointment and a new voucher or direct payment will be required for the next appointment.
